The championship division went into a play-off between Shane Hise and Daniel Honeycutt after both players shot 2 under par for 36-holes. Shane rolled in a birdie putt from the fringe on the second play-off hole, while Daniel missed his birdie from just inside Shane’s putt. This is the 5th time Shane Hise has won the Championship.
Debbie Jennings pulled out the Championship in the Ladies senior division besting last year’s Champion Patsy Bailey. It is Debbie’s first Championship after coming close the past few years.
Sarah Pierce had a personal best score of 77 in the final round to claim the Women’s title.
Kevin Bradley out-dueled last year’s Champion Greg Crump by two shots as he shot even par in the final round to claim his first Senior title.
David Simpson, a past Senior Champion, shot even par and claimed a one-shot victory over past Champion Byron Bailey in the men’s Super-Senior Division (Age 65+).
